Seller and Buyer Info
Sales are held at our 1085 Delsea Drive, Malaga location, 1 mile North of Rt. 40 and Rt. 47 intersection, when advertised, all year long. Sales are held every three to four weeks on Monday mornings at 8 AM. On premise sales (household, estate, farm, or business) are held when advertised, usually on Saturdays. All sales are held regardless of weather conditions.
Advertising: Newspaper ads are included in Gloucester County Times, Bridgeton News, Salem Sunbeam, Atlantic City Press, Antique Week, Antique News, Antique Trader, Antique and Arts Weekly and other trade papers when applicable. Our mailing and e-mail list has been developed over the last 30 years and includes an extensive list of antique dealers and collectors, farm and equipment dealers, landscapers and various other categories.
Hauling: Hauling is available for all estate and personal property removals - any quantity and almost any distance. We assume all responsibility for packing, loading, and transportation.
Appointments are requested Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 9AM to Noon. After hours by appointment.

15% commission charged for items delievered.
Merchandise delivered strictly for the outside portion of the sale will be charged 25% commission.

25% commission charged for any merchandise hauled when the gross sale is under $3000.00, which includes all packing, handling, and inventory receipts.
20% commission charged for any merchandise hauled when the gross sale is over $3000.00, which includes all packing, handling, and inventory receipts.
Commissions include all sale promotions. Inventoried receipts will be given for all consignments. Payment with itemized statement made available 3 days following the sale. A one time $20.00 handling fee will be charged to all consignors.
Commissions for on-site household, farm and business sales vary. Inspections and quotations are free.
Appraisals of complete estates or households are available. Appraisals include up to date pricing and complete inventories, written report, and photos. Fee for written appraisals is $75.00 per hour.
13% buyers premium charged on all purchases with at 3% discount when paying with cash or check. All purchasers are required to pre-register before bidding. Proper identification and proof of payment are mandatory. Out of state buyers are requested to have a "current bank letter of credit" to insure payment. Cash deposits are required from buyers not having established credit with the company. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
Absentee bids will be accepted when a buyer cannot attend a sale at our Malaga facility. All absentee bids must exceed $100.00 per article. Absentee bids are accepted on days of inspection only. A cash deposit may be required from absentee bidders without established credit with the company. Telephone bids on major pieces are accepted.
Saturday and Sunday before each sale day at Malaga will be available for inspection and absentee bids. Hours are Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM and Sunday 12 Noon to 6 PM.
Many times an estate or personal property is left with debris, unsaleable merchandise and trash. We are equipped to remove any solid waste from the premises, leaving the house and buildings "broom swept." Cost of "final cleanout" includes weight charge, container charge and $20.00 per hour per laborer. Estimates are free.
